Day 31 of 80

The weirdest thing is happening to me. I weigh less at night/midday then in the Morning. I am pretty sure that is not normal. Today I mowed my front lawn for exercise. I was going to do the whole thing but I started to late. I ate 1315 calories. I need to work on being better over the weekend. I eat whatever I want plus some then I am sad on Monday. I am trying hard to not get frustrated and I think this blog helps. Thank you for your comments guys.

  1. Hello again! Weekends are so hard!! Your stomach will shrink though liz. I get fuller faster, and sick earlier when I over eat, now that I've lost some weight. It will happen for you too, then you won't eat so much on weekends, and Monday's won't be so bad. Keep up the good work!
