Okay so yesterday on my weigh in I weighed 159.4 again. I'll just keep at it, but I doubt I am going to meet my goal.

Day 52 of 80

I am so excited I actually weighed 159.4 on a Monday that hasn't happened thus far on my little quest to loss weight. I usually gain like 3 lbs over the weekend. Friday I weighed 160.4 So I am not really losing weight but I am still keeping the 8 lbs I have lost off. I have started working out more and am sticking to my calorie goal Monday through Friday but not on the weekends. Today I mowed my whole lawn for exercise and ate 1714 calories ( we had domino's for dinner)

Day 46 of 80

I was good today because I did weights. I love doing weight but sometimes I forget. Man I am so weak compared to a year ago though. When the kids start school again I think I am going to renew my membership because I like their weight machines. I ate 1420 calories today. Man my butt and legs are sore. I am going for a 3 mile walk in the morning after Alex leaves for work (7:30ish) so if anyone wants to join me feel free.

Day 45 of 80

I am pretty proud of myself. I walked 3 miles on Saturday and 1.5 today with a ton of yard work. I also ate pretty well, but I didn't keep track. It was a good start to the week.

Well this week was a total waste I feel like. I have found out somethings though like if I don't write down everything I eat I am totally out of control and that I am starving when I am PMSing. well live and learn.

Tonight was Oakleigh's Birthday Party. MMM GOOD! I have no idea how many calories I ate but I don't think it was to horrible. I was so busy today running around I am sure I burned enough for the extra I ate.

Day 37 of 80

On Friday ( day 35 ) I weighed 160.4 ( which I was okay with) and today I weighed 164. What is up with that??????? Stupid PMS. Tomorrow I am going to work my butt off. Apparently literally.

Day 34 of 80

Okay Au gratin potatoes are now banned from my house. They have so many calories. I think I ate 1770 calories today but I am probably wrong because I am trying to be nice to myself. I probably ate 1770 calories in yummy delicious potatoes alone. I did mow my back back lawn and go do some yard work at our duplex but I don't think it burned very many calories. I need to work on a better workout.

Today I mowed my back lawn and I will mow the back back lawn tomorrow. I ate 1400 calories. I hope I get back down to 159.something tomorrow.

Day 31 of 80

The weirdest thing is happening to me. I weigh less at night/midday then in the Morning. I am pretty sure that is not normal. Today I mowed my front lawn for exercise. I was going to do the whole thing but I started to late. I ate 1315 calories. I need to work on being better over the weekend. I eat whatever I want plus some then I am sad on Monday. I am trying hard to not get frustrated and I think this blog helps. Thank you for your comments guys.

Day 27 of 80

Today I only ate 990 calories according to my food journal. I must of forgot something. I am leaving on a short trip early tomorrow morning so I probably won't have time to blog about my weigh in. If it is good I might make time.

Day 26 of 80

Okay this is really the morning of the 27th day but I was tired last night. We were invited by the Coleman's to go to the Day's of 47th Rodeo. I had never sat in a suite before, it was cool. The Rodeo helped kick up my calorie intake though to 1966. I need to be careful today or I am not going to lose any weight this week or worse gain some back.

Man I just totally blew my calorie intake for the day. Man I love french silk pie from village inn though (580 calories for a slice). So I ate exactly 1800 calories. I did take an extra walk tonight though.

Today I mowed my lawn (the whole darn thing) and I ate 1360 calories. I was pretty happy when I weighed myself today and only weighed 160.4 lbs. Because I ate a ton this weekend.

Day 21 of 80

I have been so sick this past week but there was one benefit. I weigh 159.8 lbs!!!! That isn't to my next goal but It does mean I am not technically over weight for my height. I haven't weighed this little for almost a year. I am still not all the way better but I am slowly getting there. Thank you Andie for bringing us dinner yesterday it was delicious and Izabelle had three servings. She had been eating cold cereal for the last couple days because I couldn't get out of bed to make anything so she was so excited to have a nice home cooked meal. You are GREAT Andie. One last thing, Harmonie you owe me some retro "sweet bands" because you said when I got to 160 you would buy me some.

Today I have been sick and have thrown up some of what I have eaten, so I have no idea how many calories I had. Maybe I am just a good flu away from my next goal.

Day 17 of 80

Today I got up and mowed the lawn for my exercise and ate 1466 calories. I haven't given myself my first reward yet because I need to think up a new one because my Sister Harmonie did my eyebrows for free. They even look pretty good. So if anyone has a good idea for under $50 let me know otherwise I think I will go get a pedicure and think of something for my next reward.

Yes! Yes! Yes! is what I said in my mind this morning when I stepped on the scale. I weighed 162.8 lbs. and have made it to my first goal. Yesterday I ate 1432 calories and worked in my garden for exercise. I am leaving out of town today again, so I probably won't blog until Sunday or Monday.

Day 12 of 80

Okay I was so not good on my trip. There was food everywhere, But I am back and on the band wagon again. Today I sweated my butt off (hopefully literally) doing a "The Firm" video. I ate only 902 calories and that is with a night time snack. I love hot days it just makes me not as hungry. Maybe I will have a second night time snack because 902 calories probably isn't healthy. Oh and I didn't make my first goal so I will just keep trying.

Today I ate 1500 calories exactly. I didn't workout though unless I count running around packing for our trip. Tomorrow we leave for Montana so I hope we will have Internet access so I can record my weigh in.

Day 7

Today I ate 1404 calories and did a very simple workout of push ups and "Heather" stretches. I attempted the pull up again as well and I am still very pathetic. I weigh myself every morning when I wake up and today I weighed 163.2. Sweet Huh? I know it won't count until My weigh in day though.

Day 6

Today I mowed the lawn for my exercise. Then I spent the rest of the afternoon at Raging Waters swimming and going on slides (and slides equals tons of flights of stairs). I was naughty though I went over my allotted amount of calories. (1511 calories) I think I'll survive though.

Day 5

Today I went to the temple to support my uncle who is 59 and taking out his endowments. Which of coarse means we have to celebrate afterward by going to lunch. I was really good though. I ate 1415 calories today and I went for a walk after dinner with Alex. I weighed myself this morning and weighed 164.2 YIPPEE! I am hoping to make it to my first goal by the end of the week. Day 4

Sunday is my free day. Which is a good thing because my Mom made lime cheesecake, brownies and two different types of cookies for family dinner. I still managed to stay under 2000 ( 1970) calories which is a miracle with cheesecake around. Tomorrow I will be attending a temple session right when I would usually work out. That will be my big obstacle for tomorrow and the dinner for my uncle afterward.

Day 3

Today I didn't have to work out which is good because I am sore. I ate 1310 calories today which is pretty dang good especially on a weekend. We even went to the farmers market that has so many different yummy food vendors and I was so good I shared something to eat with my mom. Tomorrow is suppose to be my day off from my diet but I am going to still try to keep it under 1500.

Day 2

Today I did weights and ate 1231 calories. Pretty good I think. I also bought one of those "as seen on TV" pull up bars. I couldn't even hold myself up for a full second. It was pretty sad. I'll keep working on it though. Friday is my weigh in day and I went from 168 to 165.4. I am off to a good start. Thanks for all the encouraging emails and comments.

First Day

This is the worst picture of me ( the rolls are not so hot) this last week on vacation. So this is the photo I will use for my "Before" shot. Today I went for a 2 mi. walk/run and ate only 1204 calories. My goal is 1500 but it was hot today and I just was't hungry. That is really weird for me.

Getting Started

Okay I am so excited to get started on this blog and my weight loss plan. I have set a plan, goal and rewards. I am hoping to get some of my friends and family to follow this blog so I feel like I have to do it. I was on vacation this last week and I looked so fat in all the pictures I was embarrassed to post them on my family blog so I know it is time to get this done. This last year I turned 30 which I love being 30 except for the 10 lbs it added on to the 10lbs I already needed to lose. I know, I know I can't blame it all on being thirty. My schedule this last year had a lot to do with it too. I had always been big on working out until this last year Izabelle was in P.M. kindergarten and she would cry every time I would take her to the gym with me. Oh and there is on more thing, the fact that I love food. I know it is a bad idea to start a "diet" on any other day than a Monday but I don't care I can't wait so I will start tomorrow. I plan to run though instead of do weights because I did weights today. Oh I will try to get a "Before " pic up tomorrow.
